I'd rather be #1, of course, but it means that last week only 33 other novels in the country sold more than Harbingers. Nice.

Recognition is always nice (even when it is sadly overdue).

Still, most artists are not recognized or appreciated until after their demise. Isn't it nice to be an exception? Wink

Maybe there's a lesson here . . . free yourself of the confines and requirements of outlines and you soar!!!!

YAY! That is WONDERFUL!!!

So, what is your initial print run? (Just out of curiosity.)

Interesting about the list - my first horse book got pretty high on the Amazon.com list (for a non-fiction horse book) - somewhere in the 300's for a couple of weeks. But, alas, no higher, and certainly not NYT!!! Wink

This is great and where's the champagne? Or are you saving that til you are number 1??

Hi, Paul!
Congratulations! I work in a bookstore and Harbingers is selling well. I think that we might have to put some Christmas Thingy on order. Tis the season.

Bluesman Mike Lindner also works in a bookstore, B&N here in NYC. The Christas Thingy is a wonderful book. I have it in hardback and read it from time to time when I need cheering up.

Welcome to the Board and I like your name. Cool (But, please keep Vicki as Jack's new sidekick.)
