Keep your eyes peeled for the Gateways paperback. The official pub date is 2/7 but the books often hit the racks early. List sightings here.

I was excited to see that it is available on Amazon and plan to order it soon. I'll keep an eye out for it in stores.

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... The piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

Not Gateways, but I did see the PB of Midnight Mass in Jewel a few weeks back.

My local B&N had eight copies, which in my experience is really good for that particular location. I haven't checked Borders yet, but here in Reno they're usually much better about keeping a wider variety of FPW books in stock than B&N is.

I bought my copy at the local Borders Tuesday. They had three more copies that I saw.

Walden Books as well as Borders in CT have copies of Gateways and Midnight Mass on their shelves. I've also seen Midnight Mass in the supermarket!

Hastings here in Arkansas (Jacksonville to be percise) had a lot of FPW stuff. They had The Keep, The Tomb, and several copies of midnight mass. They had only 1 copy of Gateways. Still, I know where to go now when I need a fix, apparently the owner is a fan.
