APhew Wrote:It's a bit of an inside joke from the old message board. It involves F. Paul on a cross-country trek to Hollywood to stop the RJ movie from being made. It was pretty hilarious when it was happening.

I think Lisa had a page up about it on her site... Lisa?

Ah.......inside joke! Sounds like loooong story. Big Grin

You wouldn't know him, if someone posted his name, anyway. They don't hire famous actors, athletes, models, or anyone else you'd know to cover their face and get their picture on a novel.

OMG, this nutsy debate has been going on for nearly 5 years. Enough already! I can't bare to read anymore about who should play what in a movie that's still inching its way to the screen.

That thread is hysterical, Lisa. Thanks for the link!

Reading is freedom.
The mind soars, no earthly cares,
no limitations.

Years ago my mother used to say to me... "In this world, Elwood, you can be oh so smart or oh so pleasant."
Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.
You may quote me.

That's a classic! Someone should put some of the best threads in a book. Of course it's a small target audience, but it would be a labor of love! Wink

Hmmmm, maybe. But when I saw his eyebrow and eye, I though he is Dean Koontz.....Nah! Forget about it! It's just my guess. :p

Well, I'm still stumped. I know it's not me. If I had to guess I'd say it's some guy they conned off the street into a back alley. "Hey mister. How'd you like to be on the cover of a book?" Ten minutes later the man leaves the alley with a full bottle of night train and the publisher has it's picture.

:p A good horror story will keep you up at night
