I just read the teaser for Harbingers @ Gauntlet Press. I wonder if the pain thet Rasalom was telling Jack about at the end of Gateways has to do with Jacks unborn child. What else could bring Jack the kind of pain Rasalom wants to dish out? At first I thought maybe Gia but, I remembered she is in Nightworld. I can hardly wait to see what Rasalom has planned for Jack.

Ah, but Nightworld is being revised. And Gia was present only in the opening chapters, so excising her would be no problem. A few of the ladies here won't mourn her passing.

Harbingers is a watershed novel. It changes everything. And just because someone was around in the old Nightworld doesn't mean he/she will be around in the revision.

That's why the revision should NOT be read before Harbingers. In fact, I'm going to see about adjusting the schedules so that the revision is published after Harbingers.

SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT What!? I don't have the book with me, but doesn't Jack take Gia and Vicky to Abe's PA stronghold in the last chapter?

Hey, just because I think St. Gia is a bit too perfect doesn't mean I wouldn't mourn her passing. Big Grin

ROFL! Good one, Scott. I saw that, too. I thought maybe Hardingers was about Quasimodo.

It's a very early chapter.

So let me get this straight, we're all meeting at Hardinger's on Friday for dinner, than it's over to Bemmigan's for karaoke, right? Big Grin

OK, I screwed that up. SPOILER ALERT SPOILER ALERT After Rasalom meets his well-deserved fate, doesn't Jack go =to= Abe's stronghold to bring Gia and Vicky back? "I pity anyone who tries to hurt the ladies in =his= life." Or words to that effect?
