Bottom line, If I order a copy of Infernal off of Amazon.com, will I get it in November when the book comes out? the post i read earlier mentioned waiting lists... Hows this all work?

The Sold Out post referred to a limited edition that was published about a month ago through a small press called Gauntlet. About 500 copies were made and sold.
The November release you can order through Amazon is the Trade Edition, which means they will print as many as they think they can sell. So yes, if you order it through Amazon you will receive it in November when it is released.

The Shocklines link shows a cover for Infernal. Is that going to be the actual Forge cover?
