BrettM Wrote:Well, ferrets are specialists in non-Newtonian physics and inexplicable phenomena. As for the multiplication, that phenomenon is so well known that the ferret-loving community even has a name for it: Ferret Math. Once you have a ferret it becomes impossible to resist getting another, and another, and ...
You badger lovers might want to check out http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/badgers/. I suggest that everyone else stay away from this, however, since it is difficult to get out of your mind once you've seen it. (Fortunately the site also has a built-in antidote in case you disregard my warning: http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/kenya/, or the live-action version at http://www.weebls-stuff.com/toons/kenya+live/. Those will also take over your mind, but they're easier to live with. )

Sadly, we recently had to put our's down...
t4terrific Wrote:They were bred to run badgers out. A badger would kill a dachshund in a second. The high pitched, ultra loud bark of the weiner dog chases the badger out of the hole so the hunter or trapper can get it. The body of the dachshund is perfect for getting into the tunnels badgers live in.
Mine is a black and tan dapple. His name is Dyson (Miles Bennett Dyson developed The Terminators). He would get his ass kicked by a toothless cat. He wouldn't have a prayer against a badger.

Sammy was a smooth, red miniature. He was only six, but had bone cancer and had finally lost the will to live. When he stopped eating and drinking we knew it was time. Up until a week before he still acted like he enjoyed living.

They're sweet little dogs full of personality. A good friend of ours has a pair of minniature long-haired dogs. They're funny and as friendly as could be. When we decide to get a dog I think that's what it will be. They're one of the few breeds we can agree on. Also, there's a rescue group here that, sadly, always has several available.
