It's shipping. I got my author copies today.
Some will be delayed. I received 62 more signature sheets from Gauntlet yesterday. Seems their printer chewed up a pile of them and needs more to complete the 500-copy run. FedExedthem off today.

Well, I got my copy of Infernal in the mail today. Whoo hoo!!!... that's the good news.
The bad news is that my copy came with a note that the number I requested was sent directly to a distributor from the printer. Someone out there has my number #323. Instead, I got #138. Anyone interested in trading? My copy is still sealed and will remain until I give up hope.

Got mine today. It's all nice a sealed. I'm thinking of waiting for the Tor edition.
