Hello all,

First just want to say That I am becoming more and more a rabid FPW fan every new book I read.

I am trying hard to find the older books, but have only found The Keep so far,
liked it alot,

I think you are a highly inventive writer and most every book oozes with style, be it a repairman jack novel or even the keep had a certian flair that would have been lost if it was just "another vampire book" .

Now on to my question, and I apologize if you've answered this countless times before, but I couldn't find it using search.

Where did you come up with the idea for Repairman Jack?
did it all develop at once or have you just pieced it together as you write.

Really just curious but I love the way that all the books tie together and flow
almost as a continuation of his life vs. one chapter ends and another begins.

anyways enough gushing keep up the good work look forward to reading more.

I finished reading MIDNIGHT MASS at lunch today. Loved it! I think it's the best vampire novel I've read since "'Salem's Lot." It leaves itself wide open for a sequel, and I'd be interested to see if Paul (see, no "Dr." this time Big Grin ) returns to that world or not.

I am now spreading the word. I have lent the book to a woman in the office who loves Dean Koontz and likes books with lots of violence. Hopefully, Paul will have another convert soon.
