If a picture is already on the web, it isn't hard to post a photo or image. It works easier if you open two windows or two tabs at the same time. One window for the image, and one for the "post response" page on Repairman Jack.
Stage One:
- Navigate on the web to find the image you want to insert.
- Right-click on the image and a little gray window pops up.
- Look for "properties" and click that.
- A bigger window pops up.
- Look for "Address (URL)" and you should see something that begins with "http://". That is the location of the photo on the web.
- Highlight that URL with your cursor, right click, and choose "Copy".
- Close the "Properties" box by clicking on Okay or Cancel.
Stage Two:
- Then, in the response window of the board (where you type your posts), click on the little square that looks like a mountain with a moon over it (when you hold your cursor over that icon, it should say "insert image"). That is the "insert image" icon.
- Once you click on the "insert image" icon, a little "pop up" window comes up with a blank space.
- First, erase the "http://" part that dislpays in the window so that you don't inadvertently duplicate it on the next step.
- Using the right-click on your mouse, "Paste" the photo location URL into that blank space.
- Once you've copied the pic location into that blank, then you click on "okay" and the popup window goes away.
- After that, click on "Preview Post" and you should see what your post looks like with the photo.
- If it looks okay, click on "Submit Reply" -- or you might want to type in some words or something, too.

Keep in mind that some webmasters "rig" their photos so you cannot paste them onto other sites. This makes sense because if you are using their photos from their sites, you are using their bandwidth every time the photo is viewed (it comes from their server, not the repairman jack server).
If your photo is not already on the web, then you have to put it on the web somehow. Ken said he uses Yahoo. I just put the image on one of my websites. Once you have the photo on the web, just follow the steps above.
