Your company is a great provider (enabler?) of our needs (fixes?). And Paul is a great author. Any success you derive is a function of both the product and the service you deliver. You have earned every bit of success you have achieved.

Matt,
I'm curious. Would you say that this fan group, on this board, is more supportive of its favorite author than other boards? I'm new to message boards as a whole, so I can't tell. Judging by FPW's top of the charts status, I guess the answer is yes.

What is your experience?

There are several authors whose fan boards and message groups make a large difference in sales. Paul is one of 4 that I've noticed a HUGE direct correlation between announcements on the board/lists and sales (the other three authors for me are Douglas Clegg, Joe Lansdale, and Brian Keene). So yes, I'd say this board is one of the most devoted I deal with in terms of author support.
