This thread is about leather bound or other limited or special editions of Paul's books.

I thought it would be great to share photos and information about our most prized FPW books. I, for one, have started to search for more and more limited editions.

Here are the leather bound books I've acquired so far:

I'll attach a copy of The Barrens' limitation page to the next post. I've attached my maximum of five files to this post.

Get my mind out of the gutter, Biggles? Have it leave the only home its ever known? Say, what kind of cruel hombre are you anyway? Big Grin

On the previous post, I put "Size 7" on the smiley, but it didn't increase the size of the actual emoticon.

Nuts! Sad

P.S. Although for those of you who want to make a post with just a smiley on it . . . that worked.

Well, I did it. I was on eBay, bidding and buying Analog magazines containing some of Paul's vintage Sci-Fi, when I managed to absent-mindedly buy both the December 1972 issue of Analog, containing "Pard", and the entire set of 12 1972 Analogs. I only needed the one containing Paul's story, but the set of 12 was reasonably priced. Too bad I didn't remember I had bought the one I needed just minutes earlier.

Anybody interested in taking the 12 month set off my hands at my cost including shipping, PM me and I'll let you know when I receive them and make arrangements.

While I'm at it, I did the same thing last year with "Wheels within Wheels". I have two copies of the first edition. I'm holding onto that though, in hopes of using it as partial trade for a Gauntlet first of "The Haunted Air".

I've posted elsewhere that I NEED to get a Gauntlet Press signed limited first of The Haunted Air. I have some very attractive books to trade, including a first edition, inscribed (to someone else) copy of The Tomb. PM me if you are interested in making a deal.
