I wanted to verify that the lady with the dog in Fear City is not the lady with the dog that we have gotten used to seeing. Is that right?
I should hope not! (I know it was confusing, but I couldn't resist feeding that dog a certain snack.)
FPW FAQ
"It means 'Ask the next question.' Ask the next question, and the one that follows that, and the one that follows that. It's the symbol of everything humanity has ever created." Theodore Sturgeon.
not that I don't love every single book, but this book was amazing! thank you again for bringing us the greatest hero that doesn't want to be a hero of all time! it was awesome to see jack coming into himself and learning the ropes which makes him the repairman he is throughout the series. older jack always knew if someone was following him, was always on alert, always paying attention...young jack only was half the time, figuring out the hard way that being on top of things is extremely important. the end chapter gave me goosebumps. it was cool to see him adopting the name and getting some work! amazing job once again doc! im sad to see jack go but hopefully that brain of yours brings him back if ever necessary. I could also settle with some glaeken stories...ha. thanks!

Because of the confusion, the dog was changed to a ferret in the paperback and (I hope) the ebook.
