12/1 - A free story for the holidays. If you know someone who's never read Repairman Jack, this is a great place to start. If you've read LEGACIES, you've read this - but you might want to revisit. https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/385070

12/2 - FYI for interested masochists: The full letter-box version of "The Keep" on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMYExzEOmic

12/3 - THE AUTHOR IS THE LAST TO KNOW: no one told me this was on audio. A real change-of-pace novel for me. http://www.audible.com/pd/Fiction/The-Fi...B00FFGE59Q

12/4 - An amazing, moving video about heroic paternal love during the zombie apocalypse. Well worth 7 minutes of your time: http://vimeo.com/56629974

12/5 - This is what an underwater gunshot looks like. pic.twitter.com/sZQf9umubb

12/8 - Has anyone else seen "Get a Horse" - a new Mickey Mouse cartoon running shown before "Frozen." It's a brilliant mix of 1930s 2D and 21st century 3D that has some genuine laughs.

12/9 - Country acapella. This act blew me away. That's not a Fender bass, THAT'S A GUY'S VOICE! (need a subwoofer for full appreciation) http://www.nbc.com/sing-off/video/home-f...se/n44045/

12/10 - Godzilla trailer. I love the halo drop that opens the clip - beautifully done: http://www.wired.com/underwire/2013/12/f...r-trailer/

12/10 - sent off copies of A NECESSARY END by Sarah Pinborough and me to Penn & Teller. Why? We dedicated it to them.

12/11 - Interviewed by Terry Ambrose: http://terryambrose.com/2013/12/behind-t...ul-wilson/

12/12 - Heading for NOLA soon for Heather Graham's Writers for New Orleans conference.

12/13 - Another interview - this one bilingual in Italian and English http://wwwwelcometonocturnia.blogspot.it...pleta.html

12/14 - NOLA: lunch at the Redfish Grill with David Morrell, Gregg Hurwitz, Jonathan Maberry, and Laura Morrigan. Delish.

12/14 - A rainy afternoon in NOLA. My room overlooks Royal Street and there's a guy in a doorway four floors below playing blues slide on an electric guitar. As Joni Mitchell would say, Playing Real Good for Free.

12/14 - Why are Jonathan Maberry and I smiling? We're at Erin Rose in NOLA and those are Irish car bombs before us. (the third is for Gregg Hurwitz who took the photo) https://twitter.com/GreggHurwitz/status/...45/photo/1

12/17 - Mmmm. A Cthuken. Tasty! https://twitter.com/damana/status/412528...32/photo/1

12/18 - "The Widow Lindley" remains #1 (for the moment) on the Kindle Worlds: Mystery, Thriller & Suspense list: http://www.amazon.com/gp/bestsellers/dig...e_1_3_last

12/19 - Did my annual "The Christmas Thingy" reading to a 4th grade in Little Silver today. Great audience.

12/20 - Wandered through Gia's neighborhood today - just for the hell of it. http://tinyurl.com/kora2o9

12/20 - Shia LaBeouf: The man without an original thought - This is a riot! Even his apologies are plagiarized. http://www.buzzfeed.com/jordanzakarin/sh...omic-books

12/21 - Review from a first-time reader. Wow http://zcreed.wordpress.com/2013/12/18/b...aulwilson/

12/22 - I have the best readers. On my tour stop at Dark Delicacies last month I signed a copy of an anthology called HORRORSCOPE. It contained my "Menage a Trois" and I mentioned that I hadn't seen it before. The reader, Monte Christiansen, offered it to me but I refused. Didn't seem right to take a collector's book. Well, yesterday an envelope arrives containing a copy of HORRORSCOPE - Monte had found an extra and sent it. How cool is that?

12/22 - Proofing galleys for the SIBS trade paperback. It's sooo 90s NYC with smoking in restaurants and the Oak Bar at the Plaza and VHS and VH-1. But updating it would be like tinkering with a house of cards. Best to leave it be.

12/24 - now THIS is a Christmas card https://twitter.com/SHQtallahassee/statu...36/photo/1

12/26 - borrowed from Pee-wee Herman (couldn't resist) https://twitter.com/peeweeherman/status/...37/photo/1

12/27 - Love the new cover for SIBS http://tinyurl.com/mzyvtsj

12/28 - for the moment MIDNIGHT SYMPHONY (9 novellas for 99 cents for the next 2 weeks) Includes the original "Midnight Mass" novella: http://tinyurl.com/lqpav9q
12/29 - "Journey to the West" looks so crazy it goes on my must-see list http://www.hulu.com/watch/575270

12/30 - Odd inventions. (I have #8, btw -- super for watching TV in bed.) http://pic.twitter.com.bo/18bh6vj

12/31 - my 2013 publishing scene in review. Not bad. http://www.repairmanjack.com/forum/showt...-in-review

Totally different from Jack but gets u thinking for sure. Found myself sitting in parking lot trying to finish a chapter instead of slogging into my cubicell.
