I can sew, however creating the pattern would be a problem.
And I had an amusing thought.
When I was in the hospital last November, they gave me a large Teddy Bear. I was instructed to hold it tightly to my chest and cough. The purpose was to keep fluid from building up in my lungs -- prevent pneumonia, that sort of thing. (I never used it, coughing hurt too damn much.) But I teased the nurses by saying that I would prefer a Sea Monster to a Teddy Bear.
Then I thought of that Baby Rakosh.
I still wouldn't have used it, but when they sent the bear home with me, I thought that the Baby Rakosh would look kind of neat sitting on the dresser with Kaye's other stuffed toys.
I ended up giving the Teddy to a friends 8-year-old daughter, and it occurred to me that hospitals might buy Baby Rakoshi for some of their patients, instead of Teddy Bears.
In other words, there might be a market for it.
FPW had open heart surgery a year or more ago, I wonder what he would have thought about being given a Baby Rakosh.
