Today I saw 3 movies in a theatre(I'm tired!). One of them were "Drive". Ryan Gosling play Los Angeles wheelman for hire, stunt driving for movie productions, and steering getaway vehicles for armed heists.

First I thought it's like Transporter movies with Jason Statham. But I was wrong. This IS one of the best movies in 2012 so far. Drive is not an action movielike Fast and furious. I thought it's something more artistic and smart. Even some bloody scenes, I felt it stylish. This is Great movie, if you don't mind the violence.

Most surprisingly Ryan Gosling has excellent acting method.

I actually thought the violence was well done. I particularly loved the contrast in the elevator scene - how he goes from rather calm, to completely violent, back to completely calm again. I thought the scene was a little more shocking because of how he acts. I also thought it was a little funny.

Why do I always do this to myself???

Glad this got some good reviews here. I was a little weary about it, but will definitely check it out now.
