This is staying as a one off 'movie', it won't go to series, which is a shame. Also, watch it quickly, word is that youtube will be taking it down due to music copyright infringement.

Is it an animated series? From the look of the screen capture I saw that is what it looked like. But I really couldn't be sure.

It's live action but with a lot of green screen sets, which explains the slightly animated look. It is possibly going to become a web series still, like Sanctuary maybe?
