An excellent movie about the last days of the Nazi regime. It was good to see that the film was more about the stories of those involved then one that tried to garner sympathy for the same people.
It did a tremendous job of showing how Hitler, even as he was being destroyed by disease, was really trying to hold on to his beliefs.
It was also interesting to see the loyalty displayed by Eva Braun and the other Nazi's that occupied the Berlin Bunker in those final days as well as the horrors they committed as well (Magda Goebbels was a monster).
If you know your history, there is nothing really new or revealing in this film, its just an excellent portrayl of those times and how the Reich's downfall finally happened.
It is in German, so again, subtitles are present, unless you speak German.
(One of the scenes in the bunker has been used over and over as spoofs on youtube about Hitler not liking the end of LOTR or that his car was stolen. )
