Hello all. It's been a while since I've posted - although I regularly 'lurk' - but a lucky find at a local car boot sale* this morning prompted me to return bearing a....
FREE COPY OF BLACK WIND!!!!
I've already got Black Wind but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to get it for just £1.50 (sorry FPW, I know it's worth sooo much more) and pass it on for someone else to enjoy.
It's a very battered old hardback copy (particularly the dust jacket) and has a library stamp inside it.
But still - it's a damn fine story. Probably FPW's best, in my opinion.
So, if anyone wants it, let me know. On the off chance that there are many people fighting to be the lucky recipient, I'll pull a name out of the hat (or maybe just close my eyes and point randomly at a name on the screen.)

* Like what you guys from Over There call a 'yard sale' but with a car's boot standing in for the yard. And when I say 'boot', I mean what Americans call a car's 'trunk'. Sheesh, this language barrier is hard sometimes!

"I handed in the new RJ novel with the
working title, BY THE SWORD. David says the sales force loved the title at the
pre Turkey-Day sales meeting, so that's what it will be. That means Paul Ramplin
gets a credit line in the acknowledgments.

I have a couple of paperback copies, but a hardcover with a dust jacket---that's a find!
