Did I miss something in the first Jack, as Eddie seemed quite fit et al, yet in the second Jack, a month later, he is fat and doesn't want to go out:confused:

If you're talking about the YA books... Eddie is overweight and an under achiever. The regular Jack books he's slimmed down and focused. Which books are you talking about?

I saw no reference to Eddie being overweight in Secret Histories, or did I miss that bit? He seemed to by cycling around the woods as well as the other two.
In Secret Circles it stands out that he is fat and lazy.
