Demonsong can be found in Heroic Fantasy (DAW #334) edited by Gerald Page, Big Book of Necon, as a chapbook from Gauntlet Press and is in The Little Beige Book of Nondescript Stories.
I can't find any copies of the chapbook for sale. The Heroic Fantasy is the more affordable, although some slight changes have been made to the story since it's first appearance.
