I think there are a lot of board members who like this show. It is the only sitcom I watch. And it makes me laugh which is always a good thing.

I think it's hilarious. One of my favorite Sheldon lines: "I'm going to fold like an energy based de novo protein in conformational space."

My favorite episode was the one in which Penny gives Sheldon a napkin that Leonard Nimoy used and autographed.

I don't think that show would be the same without Sheldon!

I am going to have to give this show a shot as enough people have weighed in on the positive side. Time to see if my library has the first season.

I think it is super funny. Especially if you have a slight geek leaning or I guess even if you don't.Big Grin

I tend to avoid most TV shows like the plague, especially sitcoms, until enough people inform me that I'm missing out on something as is the case here. I must admit that the promos have never excited me much but maybe that's a good thing.

Big Bang Theory is good for a laugh. It's even funnier when you see some of the behaviors in your family or coworkers.

The promos don't do the show justice. It's very hard to pick up on the quirkiness and hilarity from the promos.

The initial promos didn't do very well in promoting the show, actually. I had very low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't help that the promos kept pushing that it was by the same team who did Three and a Half Men.
