My brother and I are trying to untie our memoires of old cartoon villains. Maybe you can help. I remember the Master Cylinder, but didn't he have a sidekick? An octopus with an admiral's hat. And wasn't there a General Clang or Colonel Clang? I remember them as Felix the Cat villains. My brother says I'm confusing my villains with Colonel Bleep. I've tried some cartoon sites on google but only found The Professor and The Master Cylinder images, no background. Help.

P.S. Thanks ahead of time for any help or comments.

What the hell are you talking about, man? Master Cylinder? Are you sure you aren't confusing cartoon characters for pornstars?

They passed an old woman who was just opening the door of a brown Cadillac. An old man was already sitting in the passenger seat. The car had a personalized plate with the letters “J-U-S-P-R-A-Y”.
“That stuff work?” Israel said to her.
“‘Scuse me?” the little old woman said, clutching her keys.
“The spray. Does it keep them away?”
“Keep who away?” She looked confused.
“I gotcha.” Israel gave her a conspiratorial wink.

"Oh, and like you've never had a cranky day?"

Wikipedia says there was a General Clang ... but it does not offer any pictures

Sorry but Felix the Cat was before my time so I've never seen any ...

The world is full of idiots ... It's up to you to not be one of them.

Hmm... well, there is a Felix episode called "General Clang and the Secret Rocket Fuel", but it doesn't seem that General Clang was a regular character.

There are a couple of compilation videos on IMDB (here) that might answer your questions if you have about an hour to watch them.

I googled "General Clang and the Secret Rocket Fuel" and was sent back here to this thread on the RJ Board. LOL

Early stuff was probably boy on boy until he could breakthru into the straight stuff.
