What I can tell you (these aren't spoilers - they'll be in the flap copy):The Order thinks it can harm/kill the Lady by bringing down the Internet (because her death will give R a clear field to bring back the Otherness). It's developing a super virus to do this. Also, Dawn finally gives birth and something's very wrong with the baby.

So...something apocalyptic that can suggest some or all of this will fill the bill.
