It's getting hard to keep track of what's gone before, so sorry if any of these have been suggested already...

I'm thinking something with GLOBAL in the name:
GLOBAL CORRUPTION
GLOBAL INFECTION
GLOBALIZATION
GLOBAL WARNING

then there's
ONLINE PANDEMIC
ONLINE PLAGUE
SPREADING THE DISEASE (good song too!)

or what about something directly connected to Dawn's baby -
THE TAINT

Along the same lines as "Frakked Up" . . .

F'd Up - This one for F. Paul Wilson
P'd Off - This one for P. Frank Winslow

Both those probably fit the baby and the state of the internet when it's down. Well the internet may not be P'd Off - just Off - but still . . . :p

Ok, I'll stick with Disruption. That's the only serious one I have in me apparently.
