Not sure if this is the real deal. I saw a news article about something like this a few years ago. had something to do with running a current through copper wafer. If you find anything more accurate post it. You can decide whether this is real or not for yourself. I just thought it was kinda neat eitherway.

Sorry guys that was a shitty site. not realistic at all. Ill look for the real deal. 20 bucks the governments already got it in field testing though, eh?

I read something a number of years ago, which claimed that specially-treated clothing could render an individual nearly invisible to infrared cameras.

It sounded almost as far fetched as this does.

As an aside, next time this sort of thing should be in the Off Topic section.

My bad. I wasn't thinking when I posted this I guess. Damn I want to find that article though. Apparently it ended up with a predatoresque sort of camo where you were invisible but not completely. Oh well.
