Earlier today I caught part of a movie called
The Egyptian. It was ok, but I don't feel compelled to see the entire flick.
But one quote I really wanted to have a copy of, and I can't find it on the net!
If anyone could find this or link to where I can see the relevant part (even if the best is to see the entire movie), like on YT, on I would great appreciate it!
It's the part where Sinuhe has returned to Egypt, been arrested & then pardoned by the hippie Pharaoh (that's how I think of him, all love, light, and peace, as if it's stronger than than even iron weapons), and as Sinuhe is talking to like the leader of the Egypt's armed forces and the leader says something about Hittites taking Egypt's throne from Pharaoh,
Sinuhe replies about how he's been all over the world and no matter who ruled or what government was in place, there was brutality & injustice, so why did it matter who held the throne?
What was the exact quote here?
Right after, the military leader contrasted (& warned) Pharaoh to him, saying the former believed in too much and him in too little.
"I believe in nothing," said Sinuhe.
Anyway, can anyone help?
