I saw a little video on TV Guide Scoop wherein the narrator says it's confirmed that the baby born in the last episode is one of these 4 people:

Ethan Rom
Desmond Hume
Jacob
Daniel Faraday

I would have to go with Des or Jacob. We know that both of these people are special for sure. Des from what Faraday has said and Jacob as hes pretty much the leader of all right now. And the fact that the baby was able to be born alone shows that it is special in some way or another. Right now I'm leaning toward Des as before the time of this baby being born Locke and Richard were having a convorsation about Jacob.

Tonight's episode was great! I love at the end where Sayid meets Ben. It sucks, though, that Sun is there in the wrong time period. I want to see more episodes with young Ben. I just know it'll solve some questions.

Crap I can't remember the past episodes. Ben was having the Others build a runway? I was wondering why there was a runway there. I like seeing baby Ethan. That was weird. Wasn't he the one that recruited Juliet to come to the island? Freaky. And Sawyer, pardon me LeFluer, sure did love ruling his new power over Jack. And making him a janitor cracked me up!

Liked the ending with young ben and it'll be nice to see what happens from here on out. I cant remember the episode with ben and the runway either. Frank and Sun meeting Christian was great too.

I don't remember the episode title, but the runway was built back in season 3. Remember Sawyer and Kate breaking stones and Sawyer spending more time looking at Kate than working, and therefore invoking the wrath of Picket? That was the runway. In a later episode Juliet joked with Sawyer that it was a runway for aliens.

I finally watched last weeks episode.
Now I've more questions than answers. LOL
One thing that made me laugh, Sawyer being the the boss of Jack.
