It's funny that this got bumped, my brother and I were just talking about this post the other day. It's not that he didn't feel welcome here. His posting just happened to coincide with the start of a very long period of health issues, family issues, etc., and he just never made it back to post. :\

Oh my Noelie, is he ok now?

Yes, he's okay. He has Graves disease and they keep testing him for Cushing's, but so far the test keep coming back as inconclusive. The Graves causes a lot of issues with fatigue and sleep disturbances, but overall, he's okay. Thanks for the concern.
