the infernals dating from the first age? From an era that spawned the first form of rasalom and a young then human glaeken. That would be a common beginning that might help "tie" them together through subsequent times and battles. Is this good/evil struggle the basis for the myths of our world? I'll have to re-read a few things to get my thoughts around these ideas.
