Hey, new to all this so forgive if this is common knowledge. Did a thread search but came up with no leads.

Just finished Reprisal (New English Library Hardback 1991) and something strange occurs on page 322. A paragraph referencing Repairman Jack suddenly appears quite out of the blue, when the main narrative of the beginning of chapter thirty concerns Lisl. Its awkwardness is like a sink-hole with malformed words appearing around the intrusion.

What's going on indeed?

Early 90s typesetting error?

Have i missed out on any further jack references?

No Jack in my mass market edition of Reprisal.

Save that book, it will be a collector item Wink

Welcome BTW!

Trying to be nice

Webby!? No welcome from you yet for poor Snake? Where the heck are ya, cuz? - W

Axioms Jack seems to live by (inadvertantly or not):

Why he does what he does: "I chose this life. I know what I'm doing. And on any given day, I could stop doing it. Today, however, isn't that day. And tomorrow won't be either." Bruce Wayne, Identity Crisis

On Rasalom: "Water's wet, the sky is blue...and good old Satan Claus, Jimmy...he's out there...and he's just gettin' stronger." Joe Hallenbeck, The Last Boyscout

Wap, cuz, I've been busy with work again. Everytime a deadline is approaching I realize how much closer to finished I might be if I spent more time working and less time posting. Big Grin

I still have a ton to do in the next few weeks but I'll try to pop in every once in a while, eh?
