Well, Mike. Actually this movie's director, Minoru Kawasaki have very twisted sense of humor. His another film, "The World Sinks Except Japan" is too silly, but funny. :xd:

I've heard of that flick, but haven't had the chance to see it yet. Japan has a proud tradition of monster movies--I'm amazed that MOTHRA isn't available on DVD.
