Going off on related tangent here....
I stumbled on an author, John McKinna, who in real life was a deep sea welder. I don't think he's welding anymore, but he did write 3 action thrillers that involve underwater adventures of some sort usually involving his trade. I really enjoyed them. I ripped through "Shark Lake," "Tiger Reef," and "Crash Dive."
