Phoenix, I'm unyielding when necessary, but otherwise a bowl of pudding. Even opening a can of peas..."Sob...them poor little vegetables...they never had a chance..." Rhonda: "Michael, can we kindly get something to eat here? Jesus Christ, what is =wrong= with you? You know my father and my oldest brother were killed by feral peas in the Yukon, and here you are making excuses for them! Gimme the can! I'll open it on your damn skull!"

I called out for pizza, but the damage was done. We broke up.

So, I'm a hopeless romantic.

Random Harvest (Ronald Coleman, Greer Garson)

Somewhere In Time (Christopher Reeve, Jane Seymour)

These are among my favorites as well

Another favorite of mine.

Along with THE BLACK ROSE starring Tyrone Power, Jack Hawkins, Cecile Aubrey, Orson Welles, and Michael Rennie.

No, it isn'a a masterpiece, but I find myself watching it over and over and I don't really know exactly why because some of it is a little laborious now that I've seen it so many times. I think I watch it becasue Jayne has so many good lines and I really like the scene where River Tam says, "My turn," and takes care of business. Insurmountable odds yet you don't give up. You don't quit. You don't expect to survive. That's her situation.

I get all goosebumpy.

That's a good one all right. Another of my favorite lines from that movie is. "I aim to misbehave."

There were some good movies mentioned here, Real Genius that's a blast from the past (I enjoy that movie as well.)

Here are a few of choices. Now the first one I got roped into watching by my father years ago while visiting over a Christmas holiday.

The Best Years of Our Lives (1946) - If this movie is on, check it out. Yes yes, it's in B&W but once you get over that you'll be fine.

Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) - Yea, yea, my wife made me watch it (as it's her favorite movie) and hey even if you don't like the movie at least there is Audrey Hepburn to look at.

Where the Buffalo Roam (1980) - Anything with regards to Hunter S. Thompson is enjoyable.

Tommy Boy (1995) - Chris Farley at his best, I laugh every time I see this movie.

Now there friends is a diverse group of movies...

Mom and Dad Save the World.

Possibly the stupidest movie ever but something about it appeals to me.
