Think Hostel in reverse. Instead of male victims, female victims; instead of seeing the story through the victims' eyes, story through the torturers' view, etc. Still think Cabin Fever is Roth's best.

We watched Cabin Fever after several good reccommedations from friends. Neither one of us enjoyed it and it didn't hold my attention very well because I can't remember a thing about it now, other than one or two little things.

Hostel was ok, but I was disappointed. I had been expecting something really hardcore, and felt that the majority of the film was a fairly typical teeny-horror movie. The torture was ok, but compared with Flowers Of Flesh And Blood or August Underground and you realise how mainstream it really is.

I'll watch Hostel II, but I doubt it'll give me nightmares Wink

Have you ever heard of this style of movie described as Torture Porn? I think it's a pretty accurate term.

I accidentally dropped a load of worthless change in the street. I was going to just leave it there but a burly policeman lumbered towards me and said, "You'd better pick that up, son."

I hate coppers.
