I know there's quite a few Buffy and Firefly fans on here. I figured that this would be a great place to drop a few lines about my favorite show, which desperately needs new viewers.

There will be a new episode tonight at 9 pm on CW.

I know you'll like it Smile

a quick summary of the show

Paige, I'm Supernatural fan. I only saw 1st season, though. I'm waiting for 2nd season! Smile

The second season has so far been vastly superior to the first. I would say that the writing has improved quite a bit. I think of the first season being one big setup for this second one. More than anything they made an effort to cut back on the meaningful looks between Sam and Dean. First season you could almost play a drinking game the amount of times they did it.

Paige, is it in danger of being cancelled?

I watched it once this season when they said Tricia Helfer was going to be on it.

My wife (Theo) really likes it and looks forward to it, along with "Ghost Whisperer." Personally, I find it to be uneven, sometimes surprisingly good, other times, rather vapid and inane.

Theo also enjoyed "Dinotopia," but that got cancelled. She was overjoyed when I found a 3-parter rerun on the Sci-fi channel last night. I sat through the whole thing with her. Was that heroism or what?

Then out spoke brave Horatius, the Captain of the Gate: "To every man upon this earth, death cometh soon or late; And how can man die better than facing fearful odds, For the ashes of his fathers, and the temples of his Gods,"
"Well, John Henry said to the Cap'n, "A man ain't nuthin' but a man. But, before I let that steam drill beat me, gonna die with my hammer in my hand, Lawd, Lawd, gonna die with my hammer in my hand."

I no longer have cable and that network does not have a station in my area (and I live in the largest city in the county - about 300,000 population). I watched several episodes during the first season and thought was was a worthy show.

I love supernatural

One of the few series I have on series link to ensure I never miss it (along with Heroes & Lost)

We are in the middle of the second series, not sure what ratings it gets over here.

it's considered a bubble show. Meaning it might or might not get renewed for next season. The rating are OK, but you never know.

Personally, I love it. I really love Dean's character. I love the fact that they stepped up to the plate this year. I heard the season finale is going to be pretty awesome.

My absolute favorite show. Can't get through the week without it.
It deserves more attention then it gets. Sad that it is up against CSI and that insipid Grey's Anatamy. CSI is getting tired in my opinion, and Grey's....blah...Slutty Doctors Sleeping Around would have been a better title.
