I just upgraded my cable service so I can get FX. Woo Hoo! I'm ready for Eddie now.

I hope the show is good and that it lasts.

Reading is freedom.
The mind soars, no earthly cares,
no limitations.

Years ago my mother used to say to me... "In this world, Elwood, you can be oh so smart or oh so pleasant."
Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.

I enjoyed the show. My beloved Eddie has to work a little harder to keep his accent from slipping, but I forgive him. The premise is original, and Minnie Driver is terrific, but SO SKINNY! She could open a can with her chin, her jawline is so sharp.

I'm looking forward to seeing how they hold up under the stress of conning everyone, all the time.

I will be tuning in again.

Kind of ironic considering she got her start playing the chubby gal in Circle of Friends.

Good to hear, I recorded it but haven't watched it yet.

It's not perfect by a long shot. It's a little awkward, as if they don't quite know where they are going with the show. It's disjointed but hopefully the show will begin to coalesce.

Agree after watching the first episode, but I'd rather watch an original, ambitious show that falls a little short than another factory produced, laugh-tracked piece of crap that they keep parading out of TV land these days.

And talk about dark, I was expecting more humor and not of the barbed variety present in that episode.

I haven't seen the second episode yet. I think I can catch it in re-plays on FX. Did you see it, Scott?

I'm planning on watching it this evening. My wife watched and she said it gave her a stomach ache. She empathizes with the kids a bit too much.
