My library has just purchased the entire 44 volume set of The Twilight Zone, hurray. I've always liked the show, but am not nearly as knowledgeable as several other boardwalkers here. Last night I began watching them starting with "Where Is Everyone?" and the special features. The episode was good, but I really enjoyed Serling's pitch and his interview with Mike Wallace(it was strange to see them both huffing down cigarettes) from the special features. 45 years later and so much of what Serling said either remains true or has come true. I know what I'll be watching for the foreseeable future.

The Twilight Zone is my favorite show, no doubt!

I have DVDs but they're not volume set. Also I like New version The Twilight Zone(Host by Forrest Whitaker).

Anyway, I have a lot of favorite episodes. I can't pick up all of them, so they are my favorite episodes top 10.

I can remember episodes, but only when I start watching them and say, "I've seen this before." I'll try to keep my eyes out for everyone's favorites. One of the things about this collection is there is no particular order to the volumes. Each volume has 3 episodes, but they're not categorized by release date(which is listed as is the episode number), they appear to be randomly grouped.

I've been a fan of The Twilight Zone for years, since I was a kid. *Shamefully*, most of the episode tittles escape me. To Serve Man, and the one with William Shatner (Terror at 20,000 feet?) as the crazed passenger were always my favorites.

I remember the first time I watched To Serve Man. It was a TZ I had never seen before so I rented it (VHS at the time) it became one of my favorites. Well, later that night I watched the other movie that I had rented which was The Naked Gun 2 1/2 with some friends. Well towards the end of the movie Leslie Nielsen's character tells a bunch of people at a dinner or something that there is a bomb in the building. Well everyone starts to panic and at one point this random man runs up to this random woman, grabs her by the arm, and starts screaming "Its a cookbook. Its a cookbook." He also had a book under his arm that said To Serve Man.

Of course if I hadn't of watched the TZ episode first I wouldn't have gotten the joke. But since I had I was dying laughing and my friends were just looking at me weird. to this day I just think its strange that I happened to watch the two on the same day and in that order.
