Marc B. Wrote:This was mentioned on another forum and I don't ever remember seeing this commercial. Where was it?
It was at the end of the last commercial break, just before the teaser for Alias. (I was lucky to catch it, since I tape the show and normally fast-forward through all the commercials. I just happened to stop the FF a little too soon and caught the end of it, then yelled "whoa!" and put the tape into rewind. B-) Man, I love this show!!

I think there were two different 1-8xx numbers in the commercial, but I didn't write them down, since I thought one or both might be one of the prefixes that means you get charged a fee for calling.

I'm here... busy the last few days. I'll catch up on this thread later when the kids go to their dad's. Smile

You betcha. Big Grin

At first I thought Michael shot Ana Lucia in order to "trade" her for Walt... but in light of shooting himself, that doesn't really make any sense. Why bother with that?

I can never figure out anything on this show, LOL.

He shot himself so that he could let "Henry" escape while still looking like he put up a fight. For what specific reason? Not sure, but I'm guessing so that he will lead the rest of the group into an ambush (of some sort) by The Others. I'm guessing this is the deal he made with them in order to get Walt back.

Just my theory at this point .... subject to change without notification.

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... The piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

The ending of this episode really took me by surprise and seems to be a setup for the season finale, which if last season's finale is an example, will setup much of the next season (as did the fate of the raft and the opening of the hatch for this season). I have some theories, though they will likely be wrong. Still I am trying to think long-term. I heard there was a five year story arc and if that's true there is still a long way to go.

From the latest Sci Fi Weekly newsletter . . .

"Producers of Lost, meanwhile, kicked off the alternate-reality game The Lost Experience with a commercial for the Hanso Foundation inserted into the May 3 episode, "Two for the Road." The ad contained a phone number for the fictitious and mysterious foundation, 1-877-HANSORG, which led viewers to recorded messages with clues. Disney, which owns ABC and produces Lost, has also completely revamped the Hanso Web site with Flash-enabled features and buried game elements."

I called it. It's pretty funny although I have no idea what to make of it.

Ding Dong the bitch is dead! Still feel sad for Libby and Hurley though. This was a GREAT episode! I wish they could play them one right after the other. To think I have to wait another week.

I didn't think that I would begin to loathe Michael as quickly as I have.

Especially after that final look at the end. Was that an evil look or what?
