Hey, just found this on ebay. I didn't even look at the seller's ratings, so I'm not endorsing a thing. I just thought it was interesting!

It's very useful, and seemingly pretty complete. The only thing I could wish to add would be the ISBN info.

Marc and I have an FPW bibliography inside the FAQ that might be slightly more up to date than the one Lisa pointed you to.
