Our last day of the shoot is October 19 and we all come back to our regular lives October 20. Then I will begin the job of editing what will probably be roughly 25 hours of footage down to a 90 minute movie.

So wish us luck and I'll see you when I get back.

Good luck Marc! Make sure there's lot's of blood! Wink

Marc and Dave,

I wish you guys all the best. I'm sending you good zombie vibes! Let us know how it goes.

I'm back!

Marc is still there doing the last three days of shooting, but I had to return as my vacation time ran out. Damn vacation time.

In one word, terrific. I had a great time. Never worked so hard before, but I enjoyed every minute of it. The crew are great at what they do, and always with a sense of humour, and the cast are perfect.

Biggles, Mike has done you proud, may he never change. Professional and willing to do anything to help, whilst always full of boundless energy. Oh to be that young again.

We have pictures, but I'll let Marc dish the dirt on those when he returns.

I just wish I was still there.

Dave

PS Wisconsin is gorgeous at this time of year!

That's great, Dave. Glad everything went well. From your tone, it sounds like you are happy with things. I can't wait to see a finished product? Any leads yet on distribution?

The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents. ... The piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new dark age.

Dave, I'm glad you and Marcus had a good time at the filming. You're lucky you didn't try to film here, as we just got about 15 inches of rain in the past week and a half. I bet nice dry Wisconsin looks beautiful!

I'm really glad things worked out so well. Michael (as we call him) has called us several times just raving about everyone concerned; and he's had the time of his young life! I had told him to tell you and Marc I said "Hi". Hope he remembered.

It was stunningly beautiful. Great time of year for getting a very unique look, and the scenery was stunning. A bit of drizzle for a couple of days, but most were glorious.

However the lake was very cold, and I ended up getting in it on three different occasions to play three different zombies. Boy, I'm wondering if it will ever grow back to its regular size Smile

Cheers Jim, and no, nothing new to report about distribution.

That he did. He's a natural actor and bonded with the others really well, I was very chuffed with all the casting decisions.
