Bluesman Mike Lindner Wrote:"But how, then, did he read BLACK WIND?" asked Sherlock Holmes.

Mr. Watson's answer..."Mr. Holmes, he read Japanese edition" Cool

Scott Miller Wrote:Just last night on a useless trivia site I read that Holmes never actually said that. I say play it again, Sam.

Basil Rathbone may not have said it, I don't know. Peter Cushing, as Sherlock Holmes said, "Elementary, my dear Watson." more than once in the Hammer Films' "The Hound of the Baskervilles" (The first versoin to be done in color I might add.).

I believe Bogart simply said, "Play it." Woody Allen said Play it again Sam. Big Grin

I'm getting a couple of episodes tangled-up in my mind here. I was thinking of "The Changling", where Kirk convinces Nomad that it is imperfect and therefore must self-destruct. Spock compliments Kirk on his logic, and Kirk says, "Didn't think I had it in me, did you, Spock?" Spock replies, "No, sir."

The way I remember it: "Your logic was impeccable, we are in grave danger"

Actually, this quote comes from the episode where Spock is supposed to get married. He has to kill Jim in combat. Then asks his almost bride to explain her motivations. I don't remember the name of episodes, just what went on in them.

You really only need three things: WD-40, Duct Tape, and a pointy stick. If it's supposed to move and doesn't, use the WD-40. If it moves and isn't supposed to, use the Duct Tape. If you want it to move and it doesn't want to, use the pointy stick. The rest of life is easy.
