On the other hand, since I buy the books as soon as they're released anyway, it might just be surplusage.I do a fair amount of driving too and I use the time to try new authors or things recommended by other people that I'm not sure I want to spend time reading. That might be a little unfair though because I find myself annoyed by the readers of audio books sometimes and it probably colors my perception of the book itself. The readers seem emphasize things differently than most people speak and it bugs me. I'm currently listening to Hideaway by Koontz. I get most of mine from the library, to save money. Audio books are pricey!

Thought, I would probably get the FPW books if out on CD, unabridged of course.Do you go to the new Elgin library? It was still fairly new when I left Elgin and didn't yet have a full complement of books.
