Infernal mass release?

Does anyone know when Infernal will be available widespread?

Amazon still lists the book as "not yet released".

I'm diein' for my next RJ fix! Big Grin

Shocklines has advanced orders for the mass release available for inscribing by The Man. They also have the limited edition available, which I believe will ship shortly.

The book is slated for release in November.
