I found out trailer. Now we can see it anytime. Wink

BTW, this King Kong is smaller than '76 version. But it looks great. I'm really looking forward to it.

Other than better SFX, did this look significantly different than previous versions to anyone? Not me.

Directed by Peter Jackson (Lord of the Rings).

Think I read somwhere that the original Kong wasn't really supposed to be that big in the first place (more akin to Mighty Joe Young) but they decided that "Bigger is better" for an audience. Maybe Jackson is sticking to the original concept?? I missed the commercial. Sad

Say what you want, THIS IS SOOOO COOL! The original and the sequal will always have a place in my collection. But older movies like this deserve the chance to be remade with modern technology! And I hope when movies become interactive, it gets remade again! I'm sooo looking forward to this, but it'll never replace the origenal, IMO!

Sam, scroll back and see Kenji's post. It has a link to the trailer. I just watched it.

Woo Hoo! Adrian Brody! I love him. Looks cool and I like the smaller size Kong.

Years ago my mother used to say to me... "In this world, Elwood, you can be oh so smart or oh so pleasant."
Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.

I missed the trailer yesterday, but many thanks to Kenji!!! I think I'm more interested in seeing King Kong than War of the Worlds. It looks like Peter Jackson's going to do this one right.

You're welcome. Wink

By the way, when I saw War of the Worlds in theater, I saw theatrical trailer. At first, Peter Jackson's greeting speech, "Hello, Japan. I am Peter Jackson, and...." Wow! He's slim!
