Is it a van? or a delivry truck? I've never been quite sure. Just asking :confused:

Panel trucks are usually those white sided trucks that you see delivering stuff.

That depends on what era you are talking about. In the thirties and fourties, it was called a sedan-delivery. In the fifties, sixties, and into the early seventies it was called a panel truck. From the mid seventies to the nineties it was called a van. I don't know what it is called today.

Panel trucks of the fifties looked like a larger version of the PT Cruiser of today, with an open area in the rear for cargo. The Ford Econoline of the sixties was a panel truck in transition to the van . . . two seats in front with an open area behind.
