Hey all, just wanted to mention these 2 japanese actioners that i found to be good mindless fun. Versus has a somewhat tedious story but it makes up for it in the cool action scenes, by the end of the movie the story picks up and ends up with a nice twisted ending. Returner is another goody, time travel mixed with some very nice action scenes, story was fairly decent for a movie of this type. Both of these movies were found at my local blockbuster... Happy hunting!

Hi Samus, thanks for the tip and welcome aboard.

Feel free to post nudity reports on all your film reviews. There's no reason to give the internet a good name. Smile

Ooooh! I didn't know we were supposed to provide nudity reports. That adds a whole other level of spice to these proceedings! Big Grin

Well, for years I was smart.
I recommend pleasant.

Hey Samus. If you really like Japanese movie, I recommend Spy Sorge. I rarely see recent Japanese movie, but this one was pretty good.

I'll second the Returner recommendation, it is an above average sci-fi action flick, but will have to give the thumbs down to Versus, which I found unwatchable.

Although I thought VERSUS wasn't as good as the hype, I enjoyed it. I did get a kick out of the twist at the end. Looking forward to the director's GODZILLA movie.
