Anybody try this out? If not, don't bother getting it for anything above $10. Its pretty crappy. The interesting thing is that its considered an official sequel to the movies. Oh, and its a video game, in case anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about.
Picard, yeah I thought about getting it, but I read some other bad reviews. They have a shit-ton of copies here at the PX and that must be why. Good looking out.

I rented it from Redbox for $2 and overpaid. I did torture myself to play through the entire campaign to see if there was anything redeeming from the story.
No.

My biggest problems are that I don't own any game machines, so if it's not on a PC, I'm not playing it. Also, I stopped caring about Aliens after the second movie. I watched Aliens 3, hated it and haven't looked back.

Actually it is on PC, the console version is a port, so have no fear, you can experience this particular suckiness yourself.
Also, this is supposed to be a direct sequel to the 2nd movie, thats why people were excited about it. Supposedly the developers were huge fans and they'd ignore the crappy 3rd and 4th movies. Needless to say it didn't quite live up to they hype.
