Over the last three years my cable bill has gone up $30, from $75 to $100. In the last month alone it went up $10. This is just for basic cable and internet. We're not getting any new stations, faster internet speeds, or evening using On Demand PPV, it's just Comcast jacking prices up.


I'm finding it hard to justify spending $100 for internet and basic cable, or the equivalent over the air channels. So I'm looking to drop cable and get an OTA antenna. The problem is I'm in a condo complex so I'm not sure how well an antenna will work. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality antenna with a strong signal that isn't real expensive? I'll go up to $70 or $80 but, that's about it. I need something that I can just hook up in the condo, not on the roof.

An OTA needs a non-analog TV. I take it you have something that is HD/digital capable. You also need to be within 100 miles of large broadcast centers like NYC, Boston, Chicago, LA. The antenna can be indoor mounted right by your TV.
