And its funny, your statement. I know that is a running joke about the lowest bidder and even people here on the board that thought they were in the know said it before as well. While it can be true, alot of times it is not. Depending on the work/services.commodity being purchased there are weighted factors involved in the acquisition process, and while price is one of them, its not always the deciding factor, espeically on the larger more complicated jobs.
