I saw this movie. One of the units that rotated through here spent their entire time watching movies...well at least the command team did. (of the Company I T/M, not the entire Brigade lol).
I saw most of it while they were watching it. It was truly bizarre and also kind of pointless. The acting was god awful IMO and the ending very unrealistic. While the procedure may have been medically accurate I didn't understand why [spoiler] the three didn't just pull really hard and rip the skin apart...sure there would have been pain and bleeding, but they would have been able to get away before bleeding out...better than the alternative! [/spoiler] Either way it is a movie I would only recommend to someone that really enjoys bizarre and ridiculous movies.

Best Buy was selling the DVD. I couldn't figure out if I should actually buy it or just add it to Netflix. Maybe Netflix is the way to go...I might enjoy it and the boyfriend will probably just give me one of those looks...ha ha ha
